Participant Info & Requirements

No Cost to participate.

May request up to 2 booth spaces subject to approval.

Must meet requirements listed in red below.

On-site adoption not required but on-site application for adoption is.

Must have at least 4 animals available for adoption in booth at all times during event (unless adopted out to their forever home.)

Will be listed as a rescue participant on this website.

Yes, you may take donations, have a raffle or a game, or sell items.

School, church, community groups needed and accepted for food sales only.

Commercial food vendors also accepted.

Limited electricity for food booths available.

Non-profit accepted for pet education or services only - such as lost pets, spay/neuter.

Apply as a vendor at $50 per space.

This money will go directly towards building the event - pools & water for dogs, extra tents for shade areas, trash receptacles, advertising, signage etc.

Must meet requirements listed in red below.

Must have a product or service for or about pets - primarily dogs & cats - so t-shirts for dogs or t-shirts for humans with dogs on them both accepted. Non-pet related business accepted as presenting sponsors only (see below).

Money will go directly towards creating a better event for everyone.

Sponsors will be given a preferred booth space at event - must meet requirements listed in red below if booth space requested.

If logo provided by deadline will appear on event entry signage.

Asked to provide 350 items of your choice for attendee bags given away at event entry.

Businesses and Media can become Presenting Sponsors for contributing $500 or more (per booth space requested. )

Money will go directly towards creating a better event for everyone.

Sponsors will be given a event entry booth space at event - must meet requirements listed in red below if booth space requested.

Will be listed as a presenting sponsor on this website and all advertising possible.
